Tom has spent more than 14 years running IT for organizations in financial services and healthcare, most recently as Director of IT Operations. His background spans enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Azure, identity and security, and automation. He founded Cracked Cloud to give small businesses the same level of IT and security that larger organizations rely on.
