Cracked Cloud LLC (“Cracked Cloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed technology support, cloud services, cybersecurity assistance, consulting, automation, integrations, and AI-related services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through cracked.cloud, our contact and scheduling forms, marketing communications, support interactions, and other business activities that link to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Contact and business information, such as name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and communication preferences.
Inquiry and sales information, including messages, requested services, meeting details, proposal history, and information you choose to provide.

Vendors and subprocessors needed to deliver services requested by a business customer, subject to applicable agreements.

Government authorities or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, property, or safety.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Mobile phone contact information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support our SMS/MMS communications, or as required by law.
6. Business-customer data
When we process personal information on behalf of a business customer, the customer determines the purpose and means of processing and its privacy notice generally governs. Requests about information contained in a customer-controlled system should be directed to that customer. We will assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, provide our services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the nature of our relationship, applicable contractual requirements, and applicable law. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our internal retention practices.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to its sensitivity and our role. No system, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card data, health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email unless we specifically provide an approved secure method.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us. You may request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right that applies under your law by contacting privacy@cracked.cloud. We may need to verify identity and authority, and some information may be exempt or retained as required by law. Authorized agents should provide evidence of authority.
SMS/MMS communications. If you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Cracked Cloud, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
10. External links and services
Our website may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for them. Review their terms before providing information.
11. Children
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
12. International visitors
Cracked Cloud is based in Florida, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, or law. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. We will not use previously collected information in a materially different way without notice or consent when required.
